• Cert III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or dual trade Electrical – We’re not magicians, we need you to have this.

• A driver’s licence – It’s a Van, not a skateboard.

• A Whitecard/Bluecard – Yes, paperwork is boring, but necessary.

• Great communication skills – If you can crack a joke with a customer, you’re golden.

• Self-motivation – We don’t want to have to call your mum.
