Solar Sales Consultant - Solar & Batteries

Earn $140,000–$200,000 OTE with qualified warm leads supplied and uncapped commission.

JPC Electrical & Solar is a locally owned Adelaide solar and battery company with experienced in-house installation teams. We are expanding our direct sales division and need an experienced Solar Sales Consultant with a proven ability to follow up leads and close deals.

This is not an entry-level sales position. Applicants must have previous solar sales experience and be able to demonstrate strong closing results.

About the role

• Contact and qualify supplied leads quickly
• Attend customer appointments across Adelaide
• Assess electricity usage and customer requirements
• Design and recommend suitable solar and battery systems
• Prepare and confidently present quotations
• Follow up every opportunity and close sales
• Maintain accurate records and opportunities in our CRM
• Provide honest advice and an excellent customer experience

Essential requirements

• Previous solar and battery sales experience
• Proven ability to convert supplied leads into sales
• Strong knowledge of residential solar and battery systems
• Confident objection handling, negotiation and closing skills
• A strong record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and customer follow-up
• Self-motivated, organised and accountable
• Current Australian driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
