About the Role

As the Export Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our export functions and ensuring seamless customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with service providers, suppliers, and customers.
• CargoWise CRM Accuracy Maintain accurate records of all export activities.
• Export Operations Manage export documentation, bookings, releases, carrier liaison, EDN/PRA, vessel tracking, and problem‑solving.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration Work closely with internal teams to support smooth operations.
• Customer Service Excellence Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns.
• Additional Duties Assist the Export Manager and Director with other export‑related tasks as required.
