Civil Engineer

Why This Role Matters 
Our Civil Land Team plays a key role in delivering the infrastructure that supports new communities across South Australia and Western Australia. 

You'll work on a diverse range of residential land development projects, partnering with developers, councils, service authorities, and internal specialists to deliver practical, buildable solutions. Depending on your level of experience, you'll contribute technical expertise, manage projects, mentor team members, and help strengthen client relationships.

What You'll Do 

• Design and document civil infrastructure for residential land development projects 
• Prepare earthworks, roads, drainage and utility servicing designs 
• Coordinate with developers, councils, contractors and service authorities 
• Contribute to project delivery from feasibility through to construction 
• Work closely with Structural, Survey, Geotechnical and Building teams 
• Support client relationships and identify opportunities for growth 
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and designers 
• Lead projects and teams where appropriate to your experience level 

  
What You Bring 
We welcome applications from engineers at all career stages. You will bring: 

• A Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification 
• Experience in civil engineering within land development, subdivisions or infrastructure projects 
• Understanding of roads, stormwater, drainage and utility servicing design 
• Experience using industry software such as 12d, AutoCAD and Drains 
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills 
• A collaborative approach and willingness to learn 
• A focus on quality, practical outcomes and client service
