Norman is a leading wholesale supplier of shutters, blinds and shades.
Our location in inner-Northern Brisbane is home to a tight-knit team who thrive on pace, initiative, and shared wins.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in customer service. You will start by developing a strong understanding of our systems, products and processes, with the opportunity to take on greater responsibility as your skills and confidence develop.
What you’ll do
Be the first point of contact for retail partners (phone and email)
Assist retail partners to process orders through our online portal
Coordinate with our factory and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery
Be confident reading and understanding technical specification manuals
Become familiar with our full product range and key selling points
Work closely with our sales team
Send samples and parts to our retail partners
Keep customer records updated in our CRM system
Collaborate within a small, motivated team
What you’ll bring
Previous customer service, administration, retail or internal sales experience desirable
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
Comfortable learning new systems and processes
Confident using Microsoft Office
A positive, proactive, “can-do” attitude
Willingness to learn technical product information and develop product knowledge
