About the role
About The Role
In this full time, front of house position, you will provide reception, generalist admin and office support during the hours of 8.30 am - 5.30 pm.
The successful candidate will benefit from working in a recently renovated office space and impressive reception area.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
Responding to incoming calls and direct messages in a clear and professional mannerWelcoming clients and external visitors and coordinate visitors from other officesManage temporary access passes as requiredMaintain contact with receptionists in other offices to ensure cover and a nationally consistent approachSchedule couriers and coordinate incoming deliveriesManage meeting room bookings and general diary managementWork closely with our Catering and Marketing teams to ensure office events are coordinated effectivelyEnsure meeting rooms are well maintainedSupport Business Services with data entry as requiredEngage with suppliers and contractors
About you
You will have prior experience in reception, ideally from a legal or professional services environment.
You will also possess the following attributes/ skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication, including the ability to foster positive working relationshipsStrong organisational skills and the capacity to adapt to changing environments and prioritiesA keen eye for detail, strong sense of initiative and problem solvingActive team member, completing tasks and assisting others to complete tasksA strong work ethic and enthusiasm for desired outcomesSound judgement, uses discretion and deals with sensitive information appropriatelyStrong Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to learn new systems quickly and efficiently
