About the role
As Clinical Lead for a modern, evidence-based Australian telehealth clinic dedicated to supporting women through perimenopause, menopause, and midlife health, you will establish and oversee the clinical governance systems that ensure safe, effective, patient-centred care. This is an opportunity for a senior clinician to shape a high-quality digital health service from the ground up while maintaining flexibility and work-life balance.
Key responsibilities
Develop and lead the organisation's clinical governance framework
Patient telehealth consultations
Design evidence-based menopause and women's health care pathways
Establish prescribing and monitoring protocols for MHT/HRT and other therapies
Develop telehealth suitability and patient triage protocols
Create clinical policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures
Establish quality assurance and clinical audit processes
Develop adverse event, incident reporting, and complaint management systems
Support practitioner onboarding, credentialing, and clinical supervision
Provide oversight of clinical risk management activities
Establish referral pathways to in-person services and specialists
About you
Current AHPRA registration
Vocationally Registered GP
Fellowship of RACGP (FRACGP), ACRRM, or relevant specialist qualification
Minimum 3 years post-fellowship clinical experience
Demonstrated expertise in menopause and women's health care
Experience developing clinical policies and governance frameworks
Experience supervising or mentoring clinicians
Excellent understanding of Australian telehealth requirements
Strong communication and leadership skills
