Capers Early Learning Scarborough occupancy is increasing, and we are looking for passionate Educators to join our growing team.

Set in the heart of beautiful Scarborough, just moments from the waterfront, Capers Early Learning is a vibrant, community-focused centre where children are encouraged to explore, create, and thrive. Our 90-place service offers a warm, welcoming environment with engaging indoor and outdoor learning spaces designed to spark curiosity and a love of learning.

With several available positions for qualified Assistant Educators, Lead Educators & an Early Childhood Teacher, we would love to see how we can support you in your Early Childhood career.

 Duties & responsibilities:

• Support children’s learning through play-based and outdoor experiences

• Lead and contribute to our Nature Play Philosophy

• Collaborate with families and educators to create a warm, inclusive environment

• Be reflective, intentional, and innovative in your practice.

• Lead and support our Indoor/Outdoor Program.

 Requirements & experience:

• A Diploma or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education (or working towards) or a Cert III

• Demonstrated experience in or passion for nature-based learning

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• A current QLD Working with Children Blue Card

• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis
