Experienced Cook / Chef

Mandurah Country Club is seeking an experienced Chef/ Cook.

Mandurah Country Club is located in the heart of Halls Head and has more than 1,100 members.

The position offers an excellent lifestyle for the hospitality industry. Although there will be busy periods and some requirement to work across all seven days of the week, there is considerable flexibility.

The Club’s food requirements are diverse, and the successful applicant will be adaptable and experienced across:

·         All aspects of working in a small kitchen team.

·         Grab-and-go food for golfers.

·         Basic lunches for golfers.

·         A la carte food service.

·         Functions for up to 200 people.

Friday is the only regular evening meal service, although some flexibility can be arranged, with most meal services occurring during the day. Evening functions are required, with October to mid-December being the core busy period.
