Civil Site Supervisor

We're seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the successful delivery of civil construction projects across Far North Queensland. Working closely with Project Managers, you'll lead crews, coordinate subcontractors, manage resources, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

This role is ideal for someone with strong experience delivering residential/ industrial subdivisions, road construction, underground services, and pump station projects, who enjoys leading teams and driving project outcomes.

• Supervise day-to-day site operations across subdivision and civil infrastructure projects.

• Lead crews to safely deliver road construction, drainage, bulk earthworks, underground services, and pump station works.

• Coordinate labour, plant, subcontractors, and materials to meet project milestones.

• Maintain compliance with quality, safety, and environmental management systems.

• Conduct daily pre-starts, toolbox talks, workplace inspections, and incident investigations.

• Procure materials and monitor project costs to maximise productivity.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.

• Mentor and support site personnel while fostering a strong safety culture.

You will bring:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Civil Construction Site Supervisor (or similar) role.

• Proven experience delivering residential subdivisions, road construction, drainage, bulk earthworks, and underground infrastructure.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to effectively manage crews, plant, subcontractors, and project schedules.

• A proactive commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

• Willingness to travel and work on remote projects when required.

• Work on exciting subdivision and civil infrastructure projects across FNQ.
