The Role

We are seeking motivated and reliable Despatch Officers to join our Afternoon and Night Shift team in Landsdale on a full-time basis! 

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of our Logistics Department while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

As a Despatch Officer, your key responsibilities will be:

• Prepare, process and pack orders for despatch 

• Ensure stock levels and inventory records are updated and maintained

• Coordinate with internal teams to address any despatch issues or delays

• Support stock management and replenishment processes

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet deadlines

• Perform general warehouse maintenance and ensure spaces are kept clean and safe 

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a despatch or warehouse role is highly regarded

• Knowledgeable on steel building products 

• Ability to communicate effectively, work collaboratively, and take initiative in your role

• Valid forklift ticket is highly desirable

• Availability to work afternoon shift hours

  • Monday to Thursday, 3:00pm - 11:30pm

  • Friday, 12:00pm - 6:00pm

• Availability to work night shift hours

  • Monday to Thursday, 6:00pm - 2:00am

  • Friday 4:00pm - 12:00am
