We are seeking a senior retail assistant manager to work in our Narellan store. You’ll be involved in all aspects of managing a retail store and interacting with customers on a daily basis.

Working closely with the store manager and other senior staff, your trusted role will be as a key member of the team, ensuring the smooth running of the store and bringing smiles to children and adults alike. Your role will include:

• key holder - opening and closing procedures

• team building and management

• inventory management

• integrated involvement with head office

• administration and banking

• exceptional customer service

• register operations

• creative merchandising + store upkeep

• stock handling

• fulfilment of weekly training courses

• learning about toys, games & hobbies
   

What makes you an ideal candidate?

• Minimum 5 day availability required (Ideally Sunday to Thursday)

• Flexibility with working hours on occasion

• Previous retail experience (+5 Years)

• A strong work ethic, with a can-do attitude!

• Ability to learn on the job in a fast-paced environment

• Ideally, immediate start!
