Whether you're supporting our Nursery, Toddler, Kindy or Preschool rooms, you'll play an important role in ensuring children continue to receive high-quality care and education in a nurturing environment.

About Milestones Narangba

As a Float Educator, you'll become an integral part of our centre community, working collaboratively with every team to ensure children receive consistent, high-quality care and education each day.

About You

You will have:

• A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• A current Working with Children Check
• A passion for supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing
• A flexible, team-focused approach and willingness to work across different age groups
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
