About the role

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining robust, automated infrastructure pipelines that support continuous integration, delivery, and deployment. You’ll work closely with development and cloud teams to ensure efficient, secure, and scalable delivery of applications across multiple environments.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment workflows across environments.
  
• Manage and optimise Kubernetes clusters, ensuring high availability, scalability, and efficient resource utilisation.
  
• Develop and maintain Helm Charts for consistent and repeatable application deployments.
  
• Use Ansible for infrastructure automation, configuration management, and environment provisioning.
  
• Collaborate with development and cloud teams to streamline delivery processes across Azure and AWS platforms.
  
• Monitor system performance, implement proactive alerts, and ensure adherence to DevOps best practices and security standards.
  

About you:

• 6+ years of experience in a DevOps Engineer or Cloud Infrastructure role.
  
• Proven expertise with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI).
  
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Helm in production environments.
  
• Proficiency in Ansible for automation and configuration management.
  
• Experience working with Azure and AWS, including deployment, monitoring, and scaling of applications.
  
• Familiarity with containerisation technologies (Docker) and infrastructure as code (Terraform or ARM templates).
  
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and performance monitoring within cloud-native environments.
  
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement.
