Registered Nurse

We’re currently seeking flexible Registered Nurses to join our team on a casual basis.

A typical day in this role includes:

• Performing comprehensive clinical assessments and implementing evidence-based care plans.
• Leading the clinical team on shift, ensuring safe, effective, and responsive care delivery.
• Administering medications and IV therapies in line with the scope of practice and facility protocols.
• Monitoring residents’ conditions, managing acute clinical situations, and escalating when required.
• Providing mentorship and supervision to ENs and PCAs to foster a supportive care environment.
• Engaging with residents, families, and external providers to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Maintaining accurate documentation in line with AN-ACC requirements and aged care standards.

What You’ll Bring:

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration
• Valid DHS NDIS Worker Screening Check

Skills & Experience

• Sound understanding of aged care legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards
• Strong clinical skills in medication administration, wound care, and care plan development
• Experience with AN-ACC and electronic documentation systems
• Proven ability to lead shifts and mentor team members
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
