Business Machines Mechanic (Photocopier Technician)

 JAE WEST PTY LTD  t/a  PILBARA COPY SERVICE have a position available currently for a experienced Business Machines Mechanic to join our team on a permanent fulltime role in the Pilbara, based in Port Hedland or Karratha .

 You will join a award winning team of technicians and work in a diverse territory of customers.

 This great position comes with a  4x4 vehicle for work and personal use,  meaning you will have plenty of cash left over for some great fun out on your new boat this summer!

 This position will see you visiting customer sites to repair and maintain our printer and copier product range, and assist our customers with their business equipment needs.

 As a customer service representative you should promote a professional image through the use of competent service procedures, professional personal presentation and a high level of communication skills. 

 To successfully start a long and rewarding career with Pilbara Copy Service, you will need to be an experienced technician with extensive practical experience in

• Repairing both photocopiers and printers and troubleshooting difficult problems

• Networking multifunction devises and printers and setting up scan to folders and email.

• Setting up document solutions software and training customers on how to use it.

I.T experience would also be a big advantage in this ever changing industry.

You should also possess:

* Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, Certificate IV, or at least three years of relevant experience.

* Sharp diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

* Strong Computer Networking skills

* Clear verbal and written communication skills

* Outstanding customer service ethic

* Excellent time management skills

* Honesty, reliability, and enthusiasm
