We are seeking a passionate and experienced General Practice Enrolled Nurse to support our clinical team in delivering exceptional patient care. Working closely with GPs, nurses and support staff, you will play a key role in creating a positive experience for our patients while ensuring safe, efficient clinical outcomes.

• Assist with care planning, chronic disease management and health assessments.
• Perform clinical procedures including wound care, vaccinations and health screening activities.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with GPs and the broader healthcare team to deliver outstanding patient outcomes.
• Promote preventative health initiatives and patient education.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Current Enrolled Nurse registration with AHPRA.
• Previous experience in general practice, primary care, community health or a similar clinical setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A proactive, team-oriented approach.
• A genuine passion for patient-centred healthcare.
