Located in the heart of Rushcutters Bay, Da Orazio Trattoria is a new Italian neighbourhood restaurant by acclaimed chef Orazio D'Elia. Inspired by the traditional trattorias of north, central and southern Italy, our menu celebrates honest cooking, exceptional seasonal produce, handmade pasta, premium charcoal-grilled meats and seafood, and genuine Italian hospitality.

We’re currently seeking passionate and experienced floor staff to join our growing team. You’ll be a part of leading the daily operations, supporting your high-performing teammates, and contributing to the continued success of the venue as part of a hospitality group poised for expansion.
