Lead service that creates opportunity by:

• Supporting the Service Manager with day‑to‑day operations, planning and service delivery.

• Enabling the team to deliver high‑quality, safe and person‑centred supports.

• Promoting a positive, respectful and professional team culture.

• Developing and coordinating client‑led individual and group programs.

• Actively engaging clients in meaningful daily activities.

• Implementing positive behaviour support and approved restrictive practices where required.

• Building strong partnerships with families and stakeholders.

• Ensuring accurate intake, onboarding, billing and reporting processes.

• Maintaining compliance across safeguarding, WHS, incident management and audits.

• Proven ability to coach and support colleagues in developing their skills, capabilities, and knowledge to deliver high-quality services.

• Experience in coordinating daily operations and tasks for a team.

• Expertise in preparing plans and documentation focused on achieving measurable outcomes.

• An engaged and proactive leader who actively contributes and encourages innovative approaches.

• A tertiary qualification, Certificate IV in Community Services, disability, or aged care will be advantageous for success in this role.
