Robot Building Supplies is looking for an experienced and reliable Heavy Combination (HC) Truck Driver / All-Rounder to join our friendly team at our Notting Hill store.

With extensive experience supplying building products to the wholesale, retail and trade industries, Robot Building Supplies offers a stable working environment, competitive rates of pay, consistent work and a supportive team.

The Role

This is a hands-on driving role offering driver autonomy and consistent, repetitive runs, making it ideal for someone who enjoys knowing their routes, managing their day and getting the job done efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering building products between our Melbourne stores, with occasional deliveries directly to customers

• Completing consistent and repetitive runs, providing familiarity and stability in your working day

• Working with a good level of driver autonomy and independence

• Safely securing and tying down mixed loads

• Loading and unloading trailers using a forklift and overhead gantry crane

• Forklift operation and general yard duties as required

• Ensuring deliveries are completed safely, efficiently and professionally

What We're Looking For

The successful applicant will:

• Hold a current Heavy Combination (HC) truck licence

• Hold a current LF Forklift licence

• Have a strong focus on safety and load restraint

• Be comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for their runs

• Have a positive can-do attitude

• Be reliable, hardworking and willing to learn

• Be willing and available to work overtime when required
