M.J. Bale is seeking an exceptional Store Business Manager to lead our Chadstone store.

As our Chadstone Store Business Manager, you will lead from the front—setting the standard for performance, presentation and client experience.

You will be responsible for the overall leadership, commercial performance and day-to-day operations of the Chadstone store.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Inspiring, coaching and developing a high-performing store team
• Creating a positive, accountable and results-focused team culture
• Driving sales, profitability and performance against key business targets
• Building a strong and loyal client base through exceptional service and clienteling
• Using store insights and performance data to identify opportunities and take action
• Managing rosters, wage costs and staffing requirements effectively
• Maintaining the highest standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
• Overseeing stock management, loss prevention and operational compliance
• Partnering with regional and support office teams to execute key business initiatives
• Acting as a passionate ambassador for M.J. Bale and our values

You are an engaging and commercially minded leader who knows how to bring out the best in people while delivering strong business results.

You will ideally bring:

• Proven store management experience within premium fashion, luxury, menswear or a similarly fast-paced retail environment
• A strong record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance
• Excellent commercial awareness and confidence working with KPIs, budgets, rosters and wage management
• A genuine passion for leadership, coaching and team development
• The ability to build meaningful client relationships and grow repeat business
• High standards of presentation, organisation and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to lead with clarity and accountability
• A hands-on leadership style and willingness to work alongside your team
• Flexibility to work across a seven-day retail roster
