Binna Burra Mountain Lodge is seeking a passionate and talented Qualified Chef to join our dynamic team. As a part-time role, you will be responsible for crafting delectable meals that showcase the best of the local region's produce and delight our guests. The position is based in the stunning location of Beechmont, Queensland, offering the opportunity to work in a picturesque natural setting.

What you'll be doing

1. Preparing and cooking a variety of high-quality meals for our restaurant and cafe

2. Ensuring all dishes are presented to the highest standards

3. Collaborating with the culinary team to develop and refine menu offerings

4. Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment

5. Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations

6. Providing exceptional customer service to our guests

What we're looking for

1. Formal culinary qualifications and several years of experience as a chef

2. Strong technical cooking skills with experience in a variety of cuisines

3. Passion for using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients

4. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

5. Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene

6. Excellent communication and customer service skills

7. Ability to work effectively as part of a close-knit team
