Lead a High-Performing Warehouse Operation
The Consortium Clemenger (TCC) is a leading provider of warehouse, fulfilment and logistics solutions, partnering with some of Australia's most recognised brands.
We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Warehouse Manager to lead our Truganina operation. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence across inbound, inventory, outbound and continuous improvement functions while building a high-performing team culture focused on safety, service and productivity.
Reporting to the General Manager VIC, you will lead a team of warehouse leaders and play a key role in delivering outstanding client outcomes, operational efficiency and sustainable business growth.
About the Role As Senior Warehouse Manager, you will:
- Lead the day-to-day operation of a large and complex warehouse environment.
- Drive a strong culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Develop and coach Supervisors, Managers and Team Leaders to build leadership capability across the site.
- Ensure operational performance meets client expectations and business objectives.
- Optimise labour, productivity, inventory accuracy and operational costs.
- Lead process improvement and automation initiatives that improve efficiency and service outcomes.
- Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to support growth, retention and contract performance.
- Manage site performance through the effective use of operational and financial data.

- Proven leadership experience within a warehouse, logistics, fulfilment or supply chain environment.
- Strong people leadership capability with a track record of building high-performing teams.
- Sound commercial acumen and experience managing budgets, labour costs and productivity.
- Experience leading operational improvement initiatives and driving measurable business outcomes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and operational reporting.
- A commitment to safety, compliance and continuous improvement.
