Proudly Tasmanian and independently owned, our group operates two distinctive Hobart CBD properties:

Hadley’s Orient Hotel and The Old Woolstore Apartment Hotel. Hadley’s is a 71-bedroom boutique heritage hotel and bar, while The Old Woolstore is a multiple award-winning accommodation hotel offering 242 hotel rooms and spacious apartments. Both properties provide food and beverage services, along with a comprehensive range of meeting and event facilities. Our vision is to be Tasmania’s most trusted, distinctive, and enduring independent accommodation hotel group. There may be opportunities to work across both properties for the right candidate.

We’re looking for motivated Food & Beverage team members as F&B Attendants and Team Leaders on a casual basis – opportunities for advancement may be available for the right candidate.

Lead by Guest Services Manager Lizzie Iles, our Food and Beverage outlets showcase the best of Tasmania through thoughtfully selected local beverages and menus inspired by fresh, seasonal produce and regional flavours.

You’ll join a team that takes pride in delivering warm, attentive service, with a focus on quality, local connections, and genuine hospitality.

In this role, you will help ensure service consistently meets guest expectations, operational requirements, and safety standards. You will bring a warm, engaging, and professional approach to creating exceptional guest experiences, in fast-paced and high-pressure environments. Success will come from strong teamwork, adaptability, and a willingness to contribute across bar, restaurant, and event service as part of a high-performing team.

About you:

• Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
• Excellent communication skills and team-focused approach, with the ability to build positive working relationships
• Strong work ethic and exceptional customer service
• Previous experience in a similar role, Team Leader or just starting out your career
• A genuine passion for food and beverage products
• Committed to delivering consistently high standards in presentation and service
