About the role  

The perfect person loves retail (and fragrance of course), building connections with people (both staff and customers), and has experience leading a small team in sales whilst maintaining a positive store culture. 

You will support and develop our team, oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail store, while working closely with the company Directors. As store manager, your role is to drive sales and uphold the values and culture of Lore Perfumery.

The role responsibilities include:  

• Provide exceptional customer service to each and every customer that walks into our store, and build strong customer relationships   

• Motivate, support and develop the team to achieve their KPI's

• Provide fragrance consultations (full training provided)

• Drive positivity, confidence and success within the team

• Provide coaching, training, feedback and mentoring to the team regularly

• Ensure smooth, effective and efficient store operations 

• Manage stock rotation and creative store merchandising skills

• Undertake opening and closing procedures

Skills and experience  

As a small business, we are looking for a dynamic manager who loves customers! A hands-on, action-oriented leader who leads from the front and by example. You take ownership, make decisions, have consistent follow-through while also nurturing a positive team culture.

• Previous experience in a similar boutique retail management role

• A passion for providing exceptional customer service at all times

• Experience coaching and supporting a team to drive sales, achieve targets, KPI's and financial goals

• High level of prioritisation and organisational skills

• Proactive communication

• Exceptional follow-through and personal accountability

• Proven experience leading in a compassionate, people-first manner
