Project Architect / Experienced Graduate | Class 2 Residential | ArchiCAD

SRH Architecture is looking for a Project Architect or experienced Graduate of Architecture to join our Sydney studio, working across a growing portfolio of large-scale city-shaping residential and mixed-use projects.
We’re looking for someone with solid experience in Class 2 residential projects who is confident working in ArchiCAD and wants to take an active role across concept design, design development, documentation and project delivery, to learn from experienced leaders and collaborating across disciplines.
You might already be a registered Project Architect, or an experienced Graduate of Architecture ready to take the next step and grow you career in a dynamic studio - important to us is your project experience, technical capability and ability to work effectively within a project team.
The roleWorking alongside our senior architects and project leaders, you’ll be involved in:Large-scale Class 2 residential and mixed-use projectsConcept design through to detailed construction documentation and site experiencePreparing and coordinating architectural drawing packages in ArchiCADConsultant coordination across multidisciplinary teamsResolving design and technical issues as projects progressWorking within NSW planning, NCC and Design and Building Practitioners requirementsLiaising with clients, consultants and other project stakeholdersSupporting projects through documentation and construction
What we're looking forIdeally, you'll have:5+ years' architectural experienceDemonstrated experience on Class 2 residential projectsStrong ArchiCAD skillsGood technical, detailing and documentation capabilityExperience coordinating consultants and multidisciplinary project informationA working knowledge of NSW planning, NCC and construction requirementsStrong communication and problem-solving skillsA relevant architectural qualificationRegistration is valued but not essential. This is a full-time, studio-based position in Sydney.
