Clinical Nurse 4th Generation Clinics -Permanent Part Time Position  - SALHN

As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing and/or midwifery services, promote continuity of care, support practice improvements, and mentor less experienced staff while continuing to develop your own professional capabilities. Working closely with the NUM/ANUM and multidisciplinary teams, you will demonstrate strong clinical leadership and contribute to a culture of safe, effective, and person-centred care. Guided by our values of being Respectful, Supportive, Compassionate, and Collaborative, you will help deliver reliable healthcare that optimises quality of life for our patients, families, and community.

About you:

• Registered Nurse/Midwife with at least 3 years, full time equivalent, post registration experience
• Experience in the leadership and direction of student nurses, enrolled nurses and less experienced registered nurses
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet set timelines, whilst working under minimal supervision
• Effective communication, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
• Ability to be creative, innovative and flexible when approaching issues within the clinical setting
