Night Auditor & GSA

About the role

As front office team member, you will be the guardian of the hotel during your shift. You will split your time between balancing the day's financial transactions and providing top-tier hospitality to arriving and departing and inhouse guests.

Key responsibilities

• Balance and reconcile daily shift logs, credit card transactions, and departmental revenues

• Night auditor to close out the business day in the Property Management System (Protel Air )

• Welcome check-ins and process check-outs

• Handle day or overnight guest requests with a warm, helpful attitude

• Prepare, verify, and distribute daily financial and operational reports to management

• Conduct routine security walks of the property

• Ensure all entrance points are secure

• Act as the main point of contact for any emergencies

About you

• Absolute availability and willingness to work consistent shifts and overnight shifts for night auditor, including weekends and public holidays

• Strong attention to detail with basic bookkeeping or math skills

• Proficiency with computers

• Experience with hotel systems (e.g. Protel Air) is an added bonus

• Comfortable working alone with minimal supervision

• Previous hotel front desk, night audit, or retail/hospitality cash-handling experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
