Medical Receptionist

We are seeking expressions of interest from an enthusiastic Medical Receptionist with a passion for healthcare and wellness. 

The role serves as our primary connection points to assisting customers and healthcare professionals.  A key aspect of this role is to manage patient and doctor requirements efficiently and effectively with utmost customer service. 

General duties may include: 

Providing administrative assistance to our clinical team, 

Customer service and invoicing.  

Managing phone enquiries and handling a busy phone line

Front counter customer service

Appointment booking and billing

The be successful in this role you will have:

Rapport building skills

Occupational/Industrial Health experience (Desirable)

HLTPA0005 - Collect Specimens for Drug of Abuse Training (Desirable)

Past healthcare administration experience is desirable but not essential as training will be provided for the successful candidate.
