AI Trainer/Facilitator & Organisational Adoption Support Consultant
The Change Network (TCN) is developing a suite of AI courses to meet the needs of existing and new clients. The initial courses will build practical awareness of what artificial intelligence is, how it can be used responsibly, and where it can create business value. As part of the initial training, participating organisations will develop an AI adoption roadmap tailored to their priorities, opportunities, risks, and readiness. TCN will also offer optional follow-up support to help organisations implement their roadmap and embed effective AI use across their teams. The next stage is to recruit a suitably qualified person to develop, manage and implement this project. The following brief outlines the recruitment requirements for the role.
The AI Trainer/Facilitator is required to develop customised learning content and deliver practical AI awareness and adoption workshops for business audiences.
The role also includes optional post-training organisational support, helping teams implement their AI adoption roadmap and embed responsible, effective AI use across business functions
Key Responsibilities The role focuses on designing, delivering, and supporting AI training programs for organisations.
1. Course Development & Customisation - Create practical training covering AI fundamentals, business applications, prompting, responsible AI, identifying opportunities, and AI adoption.
- Tailor training to each organisation’s industry, needs, and AI maturity.
- Develop supporting resources such as workbooks, prompt guides, responsible AI checklists, and adoption roadmaps.
2. Workshop Delivery - Facilitate half-day or full-day AI workshops for business owners, managers, leaders, and employees.
- Demonstrate tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, and Claude.
- Lead hands-on exercises using AI for everyday business tasks.
- Help participants identify AI opportunities, assess use cases, create effective prompts, and understand risks.
3. Post-Workshop Support - Help organisations implement their AI adoption roadmap.
- Provide coaching and advisory support around quick wins, AI capability, governance, risk management, change management, and workforce enablement.
- Help measure benefits and ROI and continuously improve the organisation’s AI strategy.
