This is an excellent opportunity for someone who already has a foundation in workplace health, safety and environmental systems and is looking to continue developing their career across a business operating throughout Australia and New Zealand.
If you enjoy being involved in day-to-day operations, building relationships and developing your experience across safety systems, compliance and environmental initiatives, this role offers excellent exposure and variety.

We specialise in commercial and industrial insulated panel solutions, including:
Cold rooms and freezers
Temperature-controlled facilities
Food processing environments
Industrial and warehouse projects
Fire-rated panel systems
With a strong reputation for safety, quality and delivery, ASKIN continues to grow across major project sectors throughout Australia and New Zealand.
About the Role
Reporting to the Group Operations HSE Manager, you will coordinate and support safety and environmental systems across the ASKIN Group, working closely with our teams to maintain compliance and drive consistent HSE practices.
This is a Dandenong South based role supporting both our manufacturing and construction businesses. The position combines HSE systems, compliance and administration with regular engagement across our manufacturing sites.
While you will provide HSE support to our construction teams, this is not a construction site based role and does not involve regular attendance at construction sites.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 systems across manufacturing sites
Providing HSE systems, compliance and administrative support to our construction business
Conducting manufacturing site walks, safety observations and risk assessments
Supporting Workers Compensation and Return to Work processes
Maintaining HSE registers, reporting and compliance documentation
Assisting with internal audits and compliance activities
Coordinating and chairing HSE meetings across our manufacturing sites and construction teams
Monitoring environmental and safety performance data
Supporting safety initiatives, toolbox talks and training activities
Building strong working relationships across our business
Working primarily from Dandenong South, with occasional travel to other ASKIN manufacturing sites as required
What We’re Looking For

You may already have experience in manufacturing, construction, logistics or FMCG and be ready to take the next step in your HSE career. You’ll be someone who enjoys being involved in day-to-day operations, building relationships and contributing to a positive safety culture.
To be successful, you will ideally bring:
Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (minimum)

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Good organisational and administrative capability
Confidence working both on the floor and within systems and reporting
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
A practical and solutions-focused approach

Office-Based Role
This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position based at our Dandenong South site.
