Leading Hand Plumber

You'll manage day-to-day work on site, lead a small crew, and ensure jobs are completed to a high standard, on time, and safely.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading and supervising a crew on residential/commercial sites

• Reading job scopes, briefing your crew, and keeping work moving efficiently

• Ensuring all work is completed to trade standard, signed off correctly, and booking inspections

• Managing materials, site safety, and day-to-day site communication

• Supporting the development of apprentices on your crew

What we're looking for:

• Trade-qualified plumber with relevant licence(s)

• Proven experience leading or supervising a small crew

• Strong understanding of plumbing codes, safety requirements, and quality standards

• Reliable, organised, and able to communicate clearly with clients and management

• Current driver's licence essential; own vehicle a benefit

Tradesman Plumber

You'll work independently or alongside the crew, delivering quality plumbing work across residential and commercial sites.

What you'll be doing:

• Carrying out plumbing work to trade standard across a range of jobs

• Reading job scopes and working efficiently with minimal supervision

• Maintaining site safety and quality on every job

• Liaising with clients and the Leading Hand on site

What we're looking for:

• Trade-qualified plumber with relevant licence(s)

• Solid track record on residential/commercial jobs

• Reliable, organised, and able to work well within a crew

• Current driver's licence essential; own vehicle a benefit

Apprentice Plumbers

Whatever stage you're at in your apprenticeship, we'll back you with real work, real supervision, and the support to finish strong and come out the other side job-ready.

What you'll be doing:

• Working alongside experienced tradespeople across a variety of jobs

• Taking on increasing responsibility as your skills and confidence grow

• Attending TAFE and completing your training requirements

• Learning to work safely, efficiently, and to a high standard on site

What we're looking for:

• Currently completing a plumbing apprenticeship in NSW

• Reliable, punctual, and keen to learn

• Proactive on site — not standing around waiting to be told what to do

• Current driver's licence (or working toward one)
