About The Role

As a Fragrance Niche Specialist, you will be responsible for achieving sales, providing high levels of customer service and meeting operational targets, to enhance Prestige Brands Australia's image and customer service whilst delivering on their brand portfolio’s retail sales goals. 

Duties

• Provide outstanding levels of customer care across multiple locations to ensure service from Prestige Brands is made enjoyable and easy

• Achieve budgeted retail sales targets

• Actively upsells & cross sells across the key strategic brands & the wider portfolio

• Attends and pro-actively engages in regular training sessions to deepen knowledge and understanding of brands, products and fragrance notes

• Facilitates and executes in-store promotions, animations & events, according to set objectives & brand standards

• Builds positive relationships with in-store management, supervisors and VM

The Ideal Niche Specialist

• Previous retail industry/ guest services experience (preferably within Fragrance)

• Passionate about retail, fragrance and beauty

• Strong depth in fragrance knowledge

• Inspirational communication and selling skills

• Experience in generating customer loyalty and maintaining a strong client base

• Understanding of targets, sales tracking and reporting

• Excellent customer service skills with an empathic, collaborative approach

• Ability to work retail hours and comfortably travel to required locations
