Enrolled Nurse – Maternity Leave Contract

Urological Solutions is a specialist urology practice providing exceptional care to patients across South Australia and the Northern Territory. We are seeking a compassionate, organised and motivated Enrolled Nurse to join our friendly and professional team on a maternity leave contract.

This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive specialist environment where you'll make a real difference to patient outcomes, alongside experienced urologists, nurses, and administrative staff.

·       Assisting specialists during clinics.

·       Preparing patients for consultations and procedures.

·       Providing patient education and post-procedure instructions.

·       Performing clinical observations and nursing assessments within the scope of practice.

·       Assisting with catheter care, bladder scans and urological procedures (training provided where required).

·       Infection prevention and control.

·       Maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

·       Managing clinical consumables and maintaining treatment rooms.

·       Following nursing protocols and maintaining databases.

·       Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional patient experience.

·       Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.

·       Previous experience in general practice, specialist consulting rooms, day surgery or hospital nursing.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       A caring, professional and patient-focused approach.

·       Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

·       Ability to work at our Satellite Clinics, e.g., Hawthorn Specialist Centre.

·       Required Police Check.
