About the role

This role suits an experienced residential Site Supervisor who values structure, consistency and a business that genuinely supports its Supervisors. What you will be doing

• Supervising new home builds from site start to completion
• Coordinating trades, inspections and build schedules
• Maintaining safety, compliance and build standards
• Working with construction and admin teams to remove friction
• Delivering homes on programme and to standard

• Experience supervising residential new home builds
• Strong planning and time management skills
• Confident leadership style on site
• QBCC Site Supervisor Licence, or evidence your application has been submitted
• A practical, quality‑focused mindset
