About the role
ABOUT H2H
H2H Physiotherapy is a private practice in Bella Vista built on a patient-first philosophy. We go out of our way for our patients - booking in MRIs, following up personally, and treating every person who walks through our door as more than just a booking. That approach means a lot of our growth comes from word of mouth; our patients become advocates because they feel genuinely cared for. The relationships we build don't end at discharge - many of our patients come back for new injuries, refer their families & friends, and become a genuine part of the H2H community.
Our patients range from local weekend warriors, high school athletes through to elite competitors - and everyone in between. Whether it's an 80-year-old post-op hip replacement or a first-grade rugby player pushing to return to the field, we bring the same energy and commitment to every consultation.
Established in 2020 and specialising in musculoskeletal and post-operative rehabilitation, we've built strong referral relationships with local GPs, orthopaedic surgeons, elite sporting teams, and local primary & high schools. Those relationships aren't just good for the business - they create genuine opportunities for the clinicians who work here.
Through our orthopaedic surgeon partnerships, our physio's have the opportunity to attend surgeries - a rare clinical privilege that deepens your understanding of pathology and sharpens the quality of your post-operative rehabilitation.
THE ROLE
We're looking for an experienced Senior Physiotherapist who brings their own ideas and thrives in a collaborative, growth-focused team.
The core of this role is clinical work at our Bella Vista practice, complemented by sports coverage with local clubs and schools during the winter season, and home visits across Sydney. The caseload is genuinely diverse - workers compensation, NDIS, elite sports athletes, post-operative rehab, and everyday patients, often across the same week. It's the kind of variety that keeps you engaged and always learning.
The clinic has great energy. Sport on the TV, plenty of banter, and a team that genuinely enjoys spending time together in and out of the clinic. We celebrate wins, support each other through the tough days, and make sure the environment we work in reflects the one we create for our patients.
As a senior clinician, you'll also mentor junior physio's and exercise physiologists, contribute to in-house training, and help shape the clinical culture we're proud of.
