The Health Operations Leader will provide leadership and coordination of Facility Management and Mobilisation activities to New Footscray Hospital and New Melton Hospital PPP assets.

• Management and promotion of Health and Safety obligations and initiatives at all times
• Lead teams to deliver Financial and Contractual (KPI) Commitments
• Coordinate and review Asset Management Plans (FM) including Annual Works Plans, Five Year Lifecycle Plans, Utilities Management Plan for each facility on an annual basis
• Work closely with the National TAM support team on the implementation of business plans & strategies and company-wide Quality initiatives to maximise customer satisfaction and enhance company goodwill
• Be a central point for Client communication and their nominated property management consultants

• Must have tertiary qualifications in Business, Engineering, or Facilities Management OR demonstrate an equivalent level of experience in maintaining/operating major infrastructure facilities for key clients
• Minimum of 10 years in a similar or relevant Leadership or Operational environment with, exposure to complex multi-stakeholder contracts
• Proven experience in commercial issues management including finance, risk management, compliance 
• Exceptional staff management and process improvement skills and estimating ability
• High level of financial numeracy and experience in managing budgets/forecasts and undertake financial analysis
• PPP exposure is highly regarded
