Aussizz QV is our Melbourne CBD branch, delivering migration advisory services to individual clients and Australian businesses alike — from General Skilled Migration and employer-sponsored visas to partner, family and visitor visas, and pathways to Permanent Residency.
We're looking for a junior bilingual Registered Migration Agent in English and Mandarin/Vietnamese/Bahasa to join our Melbourne CBD team, onsite at our flagship QV office.
About the roleYou'll work across a broad caseload spanning skilled migration, employer sponsorship, and partner/family visa matters, supporting individual clients as well as Australian businesses navigating workforce planning and compliance-driven visa solutions. Key skillsVisa application preparation and lodgement, including working knowledge of ImmiAccountCase management — managing a caseload, tracking deadlines, and keeping clients updated at each stageWorking knowledge of key visa subclasses (skilled migration, employer sponsorship, or partner/family visas)Document review and evidence assessment against visa criteriaClient communication with people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgroundsAwareness of the Migration Act, Code of Conduct for Migration Agents, and OMARA obligationsWritten communication, including drafting submissions and correspondence with the Department of Home AffairsStakeholder liaison with employers, HR teams, or sponsors on employer-sponsored mattersMultilingual communication in Mandarin, Vietnamese, or Bahasa Indonesia
What we're looking forCurrent registration as a Migration Agent (MARA) or equivalent, and eligibility to practise in Australia0–2 years' post-registration experience — we welcome recent graduates from migration law programs awaiting their accreditationStrong written and verbal communication skillsA client-first, detail-oriented approach to case managementFluency in Mandarin, Vietnamese, or Bahasa Indonesia highly regarded
