As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a Business Development & Account Manager to help strengthen existing client relationships while identifying new opportunities throughout Western Australia.

This isn't a high-pressure sales role. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, building trust and representing a business they're proud to stand behind.

About the Role

As our Business Development & Account Manager, you'll play an important role in Ember's continued growth.

You'll spend your time developing relationships with property managers, strata companies, commercial businesses and referral partners, while ensuring our existing clients continue to receive the exceptional service Ember is known for.

Whether you're catching up with an existing client over coffee, attending a networking event, presenting Ember's services to a new property management office or working alongside our operations team to improve the customer experience, you'll enjoy a busy and rewarding role helping grow the business.

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people and building genuine, long-term relationships.

You'll ideally have experience in business development, account management, client services or sales, although experience within the property management, strata or trade industries would be highly regarded.

You'll also be:

• Friendly, approachable and professional.

• Confident meeting with clients and building rapport.

• Organised and self-motivated.

• A strong communicator, both verbally and in writing.

• Comfortable using CRM software.

• Someone who enjoys being involved in the local business community.

• Open to new ideas and continually looking for ways to improve systems and processes.

• Committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

A current Australian Driver's Licence is essential.
