About the role
General Description of Position:
We are looking to welcome an experienced, energetic and motivated Strata Manager or Property Manager to our team to Strata manage a mixed portfolio of properties.
Signature Strata are a small, collaborative, award winning team who pride ourselves on our people, culture and the high level of service we provide to clients.
A competitive salary, ongoing training and development and time off in lieu for attendance at after-hours meetings, will be offered to the successful applicant.
The role:
Monday to Friday, this is a team of highly experienced, efficient and supportive staff with a proven track record delivering a unique style of service that focusses on accuracy, attention to detail and the client experience.
The Strata Manager is required to contribute to the provision of quality services delivered to Stakeholders and Clients. This position requires you to demonstrate initiative, be proactive & anticipate areas where services are needed.
The Candidate:
Strata Management and/or Property Management Experience preferred
Proven success in customer service and issues resolution
High level of business acumen
Proven resilience & the ability to work under pressure
Strong administrative skills, with a high attention to detail & the ability to multitask
Skilled in MS Word, Excel, & Outlook
Ability to contribute to a progressive company
Maturity, strong communication skills and a team player
General Duties:
Managing own portfolio of properties
Building long-standing relationships with potential clients
Regular liaison & rapport building with current clients, residents & tenants, as well as service providers and various related industries.
Solving issues, providing support, sound advice & negotiating with clients
Attending client meetings, working closely with committees & providing effective administration of portfolio
Interpreting financial data
Preparing & issuing budgets, financial statements & payment of accounts. Reviewing financials regularly to ensure accuracy.
Convening & conducting meetings, including evening meetings as required by your client
Drafting clear and concise correspondence, on a regular basis
Some night & evening meetings as required by your client
Maintain & update relevant legislation & technical knowledge to properly advise clients
Preparing & issuing statutory notices
Proactively pursue Owners Corporations matters until resolution, whilst engaging with clients to ensure understanding of progress
Comply with general office policies, procedures and all legal requirements
