Retail or Wholesale Butcher - Afternoon Shift | Monday to Friday
Pakenham, VIC | $41/hr | Full-Time
Tired of weekend work and unpredictable rosters? This one's different.
Tassie Fine Foods is a well-established meat retail, production and distribution business based in Pakenham. We're looking for a skilled Retail or Wholesale Butcher to join our afternoon team, and we're offering something most in this industry can't: a consistent Monday to Friday roster.
The role:
Afternoon shift, 3:30pm to 11:30pm, Monday to Friday
Working across beef, chicken, lamb, and pork
Slicing, dicing and preparing product to retail and wholesale specifications (cut to weight)
Retail and/or wholesale butchery skills valued
Pathways available into senior or specialist roles

What we're looking for:
Fully qualified butcher preferred (Cert III or trade equivalent)
We will consider relevant experience
Retail and/or wholesale experience welcome
Strong knife skills across a range of cuts and species
Food safety awareness and commitment to hygiene standards
