We are seeking an experienced and proactive Service Delivery Manager to lead overnight operations and ensure exceptional service standards across a key client contract located in Tullamarine, VIC. This hands-on leadership role involves direct engagement with staff, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure that service delivery is efficient, compliant, and aligned with client expectations.

The Position:

• Permanent Full Time
• Deliver hands-on coaching and support to cleaning teams, ensuring high standards of work, safety, and efficiency.
• Oversee day-to-day service delivery operations across the contract, ensuring consistent quality and compliance.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with client stakeholders to foster trust and long-term satisfaction.
• Ensure all contractual obligations are met, including Governance, Reporting, and HSEQ requirements.
• Monitor KPIs, audit results, and client feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for portfolio growth and service enhancements.
• Ensure timely resolution of service issues and maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Tertiary qualification in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
• Minimum 5 years of senior-level experience in service delivery, facilities management, or cleaning operations.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business drivers, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
• Solid understanding of Industrial Relations issues, including Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
• Practical knowledge of WHS legislation and workplace safety systems.
• Familiarity with HR practices including onboarding, training, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Experience working with quality and compliance systems, reporting platforms, and service audits.
