About the role
In this position, the Landscape Gardening Team Leader will take on a leadership role in the garden maintenance side of the business, and will work across Sydney (predominantly on Sydney's North Shore and East Sydney).
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
all aspects of garden maintenance (incl. mowing, edging, pruning, fertilising etc.)
leading a maintenance team (1-2 staff)
liaising with onsite clients to meet their requirements
building & maintaining strong relationships with our clients
adhering to onsite OH&S procedures.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
Full Australian working rights essential
Min. 3 years landscape gardening experience essential
Cert II or higher in Horticulture
Demonstrated in-depth plant knowledge and Identification
NSW Drivers Licence and White Card
Ability to work autonomously & as part of a team.
