Office Administrator

This is a full-time position: Monday to Friday 7.30am - 4.00pm

Key Responsibilities of the role:

• Assisting in overseeing the running of the business

• Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment

• Liaising with bookkeeper for all account work

• Ability to manage trade employees

• Screening/answering telephone calls and emails

• Job Scheduling – installation and servicing

• Full support and assistance to the Managing Director

• Scanning/Filing

• Entering sales invoices

• Receiving payments and follow-up overdue accounts

• Creating purchase orders

• Vast administration duties

What you'll bring to the team:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a very similar role in the industry

• Excellent communication skills at all levels

• Reliability and high attendance is essential

• Good level of accuracy and attention to detail

• A self-starter

• Able to work under pressure along with strong multi-tasking abilities

• Proven experience with administration duties

• A helpful manner with strong organisational skills

• Ability to priorities tasks effectively and adhere to deadlines

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills

• Able to work well in a team environment

• Experience in Xero essential

• Service M8 experience is desired

• Current drivers licence
