Position Overview:

Super paid on all hours worked & great $$$ rates paid

• Role: E&I Technician
• Roster: Various roster patterns available
• Hours: 10-12 hours/ day depending on the projects
• Duration: Ranging from Several days to several weeks
• Start Date: Immediate and ongoing opportunities
• Location: East Coast Australia

Scope of Work:

• EEHA (Hazardous Area) inspections
• LV / ELV electrical installations
• Critical function testing, including Fire & Gas systems
• Instrument loop checks and function testing
• Instrumentation commissioning
• Instrument tubing installation, fitting and repairs (Swagelok)
• Maintenance and calibration of flow, pressure, vibration, temperature, analytical, level and position instrumentation
• Field calibrations and valve stroking
• High-level fault finding and troubleshooting
• Working with SCADA, PLC and Distributed Control Systems (DCS)
• Process control instrumentation and metering skid maintenance

About You:

• Unrestricted Queensland Electrical Work Licence
• Certificate III or IV in Instrumentation
• Minimum 4 years' experience as an E&I Technician
• Current Australian Driver's Licence
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and team members
• Certificate IV in EEHA (Hazardous Areas)
