THE OPPORTUNITY

Ray White Chinchilla is looking for an experienced, driven Residential & Lifestyle Sales Agent to join our team. This is a rare chance to step into an established rural community with a genuine mix of residential, acreage and lifestyle listings — and the full weight of the Ray White brand, systems and network behind you.

If you already hold your Certificate of Registration or real estate licence and have a proven track record in sales, we want to hear from you. ABOUT YOU

• Current Queensland Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence

• A demonstrated track record in real estate sales, ideally across residential and/or rural lifestyle property

• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated, resilient and target-driven, with the discipline to manage your own pipeline

• A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle 

• Genuine connection to, or enthusiasm for, the Chinchilla and Western Downs community
