We're on the lookout for a friendly, motivated Allied Health Assistant to join our Early Start Australia team in Armadale. If you love working with children, enjoy supporting families, and want to be part of a fun and supportive team, we'd love to hear from you!

Working alongside our Speech Pathologists, you'll help deliver therapy programs and support children to build their communication skills and confidence.

What you'll be doing

Supporting children in therapy sessionsHelping run therapy activities developed by our Speech PathologistsPreparing resources, games, and materials for sessionsAssisting with client appointments and clinic activitiesBuilding positive relationships with children and familiesCompleting basic admin and therapy-related tasks

Enjoy working with children and familiesAre organised, reliable, and proactiveHave great communication skillsLove being part of a teamHave a positive attitude and a willingness to learn

You'll Need

A Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)A current driver's licence

Experience working with childrenExperience in disability, education, healthcare, or community servicesAn interest in speech pathology and communication development
