The Opportunity
Kickstart your career with the HLB Mann Judd Vacation Program!  We’re inviting students in their penultimate year of study the chance to participate in our three-week formal paid learning experience, with opportunities available across our Summer and Winter 2027 Programs.

Our vacation employment program is designed to provide students with the invaluable opportunity to gain a unique insight and exposure to the diverse disciplines our firm has to offer.

We are accepting applications from candidates for our programs across the following streams:

• Business Advisory Services - February 2027 intake
• Tax Advisory Services - February 2027 intake
• Corporate and Audit Services - February 2027 and June 2027 intakes. 

Throughout the program, you’ll be paired with a mentor, receive support from HLB Mann Judd staff, and gain hands-on experience through accounting tasks and case studies. By participating, you’ll discover what it’s like to work at HLB and assess if we are the right fit for launching your career. There’s even the potential for an early offer of Graduate employment with us for 2028!

About You

• Undertaking an Undergraduate University Degree in Commerce or Business with an Accounting major OR a Bachelor of Laws (with a keen interest in Taxation Law).
• You will be in your penultimate (2nd last) year of study.
• Undertaking the required subjects to be eligible to commence the CA Program.
• A credit weighted average mark or above.
• Motivated and enthusiastic with a high level of interpersonal and communication skills.
• An interest in progressing your career with a leading Mid-Tier Accounting Firm.
• Eligible Australian working rights.
