EARLY CHILDHOOD ROOM LEADER

Full time permanent role commencing January 2027

Sholem Aleichem College in Elsternwick is seeking a committed, engaging and innovative Room Leader to bring their passion and love of teaching to its Early Learning Centre.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

·         a comprehensive knowledge of the Victorian Early Years Learning & Development Framework

·         Diploma of Early Childhood Education

·         excellent interpersonal and communication Skills

·         reliability in terms of punctuality and professionalism

·         understanding of and commitment to child protection policies and procedures

·         ability to deal with the public, families and children in a positive manner

·         ability to accept guidance from others and be an effective team player

·         ability to use initiative

·         ability to plan and efficiently organise time and priorities
