We’re looking for an energetic and capable Marketing & Events Coordinator to join our team at Australian Children’s Chiropractic Centre.

This is a varied, hands-on role for someone with 1–3 years of marketing experience who is ready to take greater ownership, bring ideas forward, and continue developing their skills.

You’ll work closely with our Director within our Leadership Team and collaborate with the wider team to grow ACCC’s reach across Newcastle and connect more families with our practice, education and events.

The Role

You’ll be involved in:

• Social media, content creation and filming

• Marketing campaigns and lead generation

• Email marketing and newsletters

• Website and Google Business updates

• Events, workshops and community initiatives

• Building community and professional referral relationships

• Supporting recruitment and sharing our team culture

• Tracking results and understanding what is generating enquiries

Role Attributes

• Immediate start

• 15–20 hours per week

• Part-time

• In-house, hands-on role in Warners Bay

• 1–3 years of marketing experience preferred

• Lead our Marketing Pod and coordinate marketing projects across the team

We’re Looking For Someone Who...

Is confident, organised and a natural self-starter. You uplift the people around you and bring positive, can-do energy to the team.

You enjoy working independently, but genuinely value collaboration.

You’re comfortable bringing ideas forward, taking responsibility for projects and learning as you go.

Importantly, you can take an idea and turn it into a tangible campaign. You have a good sense of direction, can keep projects moving and are interested in looking at the results to understand what worked.

You’re confident coordinating people and can keep your head when events get busy or there are multiple moving parts.

An interest in natural health and wellbeing is important. You don’t need a background in chiropractic, but you’ll need to be genuinely interested in learning about children’s development, the nervous system and the work we do.

Experience with social media, Canva, Meta, email marketing, websites, events or digital campaigns would be valuable, but we don’t expect you to know everything. We’re looking for someone with a willingness to learn and the initiative to work things out.
